What Are The Camp Dates and Hours?
Our summer camp runs from June 16th to July 25th, with no camp on Friday, July 4th in observance of U.S. Independence Day. Daily hours are structured for maximum fun and engagement:
Daycare: 8:00 - 9:00 AM
Camp/Slingerland Camp: 9:00 - 12:00 PM
Lunch: 12:00 - 1:00 PM
Summer Camp Continued: 1:00 - 3:00 PM
PE/Daycare: 3:00 - 5:00 PM
What Ages Are Accepted in the Camp?
Our summer camp is open to children from ages 5 to 12 years old. We cater to a wide range of backgrounds, so whether your child is a current LVA student or joining us for the first time, everyone is welcome!
Are kids separated by Age Groups?
Yes, campers are grouped by age to ensure age-appropriate activities and learning experiences. This approach allows children to engage meaningfully with peers while participating in tailored challenges and projects.
What Special Activities Can Campers Expect?
In addition to our themed curriculum focusing on mystery and investigation, we include exciting field trips and food tastings each week. These experiences enhance learning while providing hands-on opportunities for exploration and fun. Plus, don’t forget about Pizza Fridays, where campers can kick back and enjoy pizza with their newfound friends!
