Extended Care

Hours | 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM; 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

* Onsite Before and After School Care Is Included For ALL Students At No Additional Charge

Livermore Valley Academy offers extended care for all of the registered students during the academic year. The best part? The Tuition Includes Extended Care.

Our integrated care program offers peace of mind, your children are being cared for from 7 AM to 6 PM- all in one place. You don't have to worry about getting your students to and from a third party daycare provider, and you can safely handle your daily commute without having to stress.

Extended Care is offered to ALL students on a drop-in basis
No need to pre-register or notify school ahead of time if you are utilizing Extended Care.
LVA does not serve breakfast, but students are welcome to bring breakfast with them.
Students have 30 minutes of recess after the end of the school day before going to Daycare, Study Hall, or their Club (if they choose to sign up for one).

Daycare for PreK and Kindergarten Students

Younger children are able to participate in playtime, arts and crafts, and other activities during before & after-school hours. This time is not only great for parents with busy schedules, but also offers children the opportunity to interact with other children in their age group, build friendships, and nourish their creativity.

Study Hall for 1st Grade to 8th Grade Students (3:30-4:30), M-Th

Students in grades 1-8 who remain on campus past 3:30pm attend Study Hall. Study Hall is free and encourages students to do their homework or read quietly while teachers provide them with assistance. This frees up the student's evening to spend time with family and removes the burden from parents of having to supervise the student's homework.

After School Clubs

Our talented school community will be hosting a variety of clubs aimed at a wide range of age groups and topics. Eligible grades are in parentheses. Each meeting lasts one hour, from 3:30-4:30. For more details and to sign up, contact the office. Prices and more information coming soon.

Note: Students in grades 1-8 attend their club in lieu of Study Hall that day. Students are still responsible for completing all homework.
